Pepperoni Chips
There is nothing easier than pepperoni chips! They are quick and delicious! I love using them in place of bacon on my sandwiches, wraps, salads, or eating them for a snack. I am often unsure about turkey used as a replacement for pork or beef. However, these turkey pepperonis are packed full of flavor and have next to no grease. There is no strange texture of flavor. Better yet, they are Keto-friendly, carb, and sugar-free!
Ingredients:
1 package Hormel Turkey Pepperoni or 5oz of your favorite brand*.
*Adjust cooking time for thicker cut slices.
Equipment:
Basket Style Air Fryer or your choice - I used my GoWise 5.8Qt Air Fryer

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Directions:
Empty package of pepperoni into your air fryer. Shake the basket to form an even layer. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring or shaking every 2-3 minutes. Once they start to crisp up, you will hear them "flying" in the basket, this is normal! Shake more often to ensure even cooking and crispiness. Enjoy immediately or let cool. Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
Be aware, once cooked crisp; they have quite a kick! My family describes them as WELL COOKED bacon that is spicy. Everyone in my family, even my eight-year-old son, and mom, who do NOT eat spicy foods or pepperoni, love them! They request them more than anyone.
