Air Fried Hamburgers

I am part of an awesome Air Fryer Tips and Recipes group on Facebook. I kept seeing people say they cooked their burgers in the air fryer and would never cook them any other way from that point forward. I decided to give it a try myself, and I must say I am sold! They were juicy, filled with flavor, not greasy, and only took 6 minutes! Pictured with Air Fried Zucchini. Keto friendly and delicious! Click here for the recipe.

Ingredients:

2lbs hamburger meat - I use lean - 90/10 usually

1/4C Worcestershire sauce

2Tblsp Liquid Smoke - I used Hickory

1Tblsp Yellow Mustard

Your favorite spices - I used Miss Micah’s Kitchen Signature Blend

Salt and Pepper to taste

Temp: 360

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 6 minutes

Total Time: 16 minutes

Directions:

In a large bowl add hamburger meat, Worcestershire, liquid smoke, mustard, and seasonings. Mix thoroughly. Measure out 5oz of meat, using your hands or a hamburger press, shape meat into patties. I have a 5.8qt air fryer. I was able to cook 3 hamburgers at a time. Cook on 360 for 6 minutes, flipping halfway through. Let rest for 2 minutes and serve. The burgers were a nice medium-well. If you desire different doneness adjust your time by 1 minute either way.

Serve on your favorite hamburger bun or use lettuce for a healthier, low carb option. I made roasted mushrooms as a topping for my dads burger. Click here for the recipe.
