Roasted Mushrooms
My dad loves mushrooms, and he is the only one in my family that eats them. I make him small amounts as a side or topping. Adjust the amount of mushrooms and oil if you have more than one in your family enjoying them.
Ingredients:
4oz baby bella mushrooms - sliced
1tblsp avocado oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Equipment:

Prep time: 1 minute
Cook Time: 6 minutes
Total Time: 7 minutes
Directions:
In a small bowl, add all ingredients. Mix well and add to the air fryer. Stir once while cooking. Serve immediately.
Mushrooms are excellent as a side, on hamburgers, steaks, or chicken. Enjoy!
