Air Fried Cauliflower

I have never been a big fan of cauliflower, particularly raw. I've tried it riced and didn't care for it, although I am going to try it again to give it a fair chance. The only way I've consistently enjoyed cauliflower is roasted. However, it can be time-consuming. I saw a recipe for air fried cauliflower with mayonnaise. It seemed a bit strange to me, but I thought, why not? This is my adaptation to that idea using my GoWise Air Fryer.

Ingredients:

1 head of cauliflower

1/3c mayo - I used olive oil-based

1/3c parmesan cheese - grated

1tblsp garlic powder

salt and pepper to taste

Temp: 390

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes

Directions:

Wash the cauliflower and cut into small pieces. Place in a large mixing bowl. Add the mayo, cheese, and spices. Mix well. Transfer to the air fryer. Stir every 3 minutes for the first 10 minutes. Let cook without stirring for the last 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
